The ruling was issued by the Pitkin County District Court in Aspen on March 25, 2025.

This case involved a protracted legal dispute over breach of contract, nonpayment for completed construction services, and various egregious misrepresentations made by the developer during a luxury residential project in Aspen. The Court found in favor of Silich Construction Inc., affirming the company’s position and awarding damages.
