This acquisition strengthens Perry Millingโs manufacturing, grain handling, and distribution capabilities while enhancing our ability to serve livestock producers across Kansas.
Facility improvements are expected to begin shortly and will focus on improving operational efficiency, increasing production capacity, and preparing the location for future growth. Because of these planned upgrades, the Atchison facility will not open immediately. Opening updates will be communicated as improvements progress.
Upon opening, the Atchison location will initially offer:
โข Pelleted cattle feed
โข Pelleted equine feed
โข Pelleted poultry feed
โข Mineral and balancer products
โข Custom bulk runs
In addition to feed manufacturing, the facilityโs grain elevator infrastructure provides opportunities to strengthen local grain procurement and support feed production throughout the Perry Milling network.
Perry Milling expects to begin interviewing for positions as facility improvements progress. Information regarding available positions and the hiring process will be communicated in the coming days.
