Morning everyone, I wanted to pick up where we left off last week in our discussion about customers. How do you reach your customers? What strategies do you use to attract customers? Put it in the chat below. Monday’s Tip: Use your social media daily to market to your customers. While you won’t see results on day 1 of your campaign, however daily activity makes an impact that your customers will notice. Are your customers repeat customers or one-time customers? Does this sustain your business? Is this a situation that needs to be addressed? Usually for larger ticket items the customer base is more one time shopping. Most customers don’t buy homes, mattresses etcetera by the dozen. Even still all businesses need a steady stream of customers. Once they get in the door, the challenge is the sell. While it’s fantastic when your customers are ready to buy now, some of them are in the evaluating/deciding phase, and some are just looking. {Jot in the comment section your ways to convert the latter 2 customers into sales}. It takes a little skill and talent to move customers into the buy now phase. And at the same time build a relationship so they return weather in a week or after a few years. I was super impressed when I went with my sister to buy a car. The salesman who sold her the car was the same salesman who sold her, her previous car more than 6 years prior to this purchase. And he remembered her. This type of customer satisfaction is what we as business owners should strive for.

The LIFEBLOOD for every business is the customers we serve. The question is, how do my customers feel about my business? Are they 100% satisfied? Why do they keep coming back? Do they refer me? As business owners we need to be asking ourselves this question on a regular basis. There are a million directions that can be derived on this topic; however, I am going to break it into manageable pieces. Let's create a "virtual whiteboard" and post your thoughts about your customers....
