We are looking to fill customer service positions asap. We have a variety of hours available to fit all schedule needs, however this program targets shifts between the hours of 7 AM - 7 PM. We currently have an 8 hour weekend shift requirement for *most programs*, however some do not.

On this program, you will be answering questions & providing a great customer experience on every call. These customers are calling in mainly about billing and statement questions surrounded around their electronic toll pre-paid account(s). Our goal on each call is to make each customer feel that we have accurately assisted them or directed them into the next steps of resolution for their problem.
