Site work is underway for the Swan Creek Shopping Development on Braly Boulevard. This new 170,000+ square foot shopping development includes Hobby Lobby, Home Goods, Academy, PetSmart, and Burlington.

Our Athens office worked alongside the developer to provide a variety of surveying services.

ROAR LIONS!💛💜🦁

Pine Street is ready to welcome students and fans to Florence to cheer on the Lions!

Pine Street was transformed from a 4-lane roadway to a 3-lane campus street with bike lanes and enhanced pedestrian features. Located in the heart of the University of North Alabama’s campus, the crosswalks are painted the Lion’s signature purple. The Pine Street intersection adjacent to the CB&S Bank Arena and new Bank Independent Stadium features the athletic logo, highlighting the athletic facilities.

Our Muscle Shoals office, Civil Group, worked with the City of Florence and the University of North Alabama to provide surveying and design services for this project. It looks spectacular!

Presented by the Launch Regional Partnership, the North Alabama Regional Transportation Summit connected people, places, and opportunities today with excellent panel discussions on the impacts of transportation through trails, aviation, transit, logistics, tourism, and economic development.

The Launch Regional Partnership is a group advancing the region’s economic growth through three strategic areas: workforce, entrepreneurship, and land use/infrastructure.
