When performance dips, you might be tempted to start messing around with your targeting.

And I get it. It feels productive to test different audiences.

But targeting is rarely what’s actually broken when ads aren’t working.

Here’s what’s more likely going on under the hood:
→ The hook isn’t stopping the scroll
→ The creative is pretty… but unclear
→ The landing page is meh (and doesn’t keep the promise the ad made)

So before you touch a single audience…
check those three things first. šŸ‘€

There’s a reason coaches get frustrated with ad agencies. šŸ‘€

And no, it’s not laziness.

It’s that most will tell you you’re ready to run ads & take your budget before they’ll tell you what’s actually broken.

The funnel that’s not ready.
The creative that’s never been properly tested.
The $500 ā€œtestā€ that was never going to work anyway.
