Ranch hand/caretaker position available for a small East Texas ranch. Searching for the following skills: ability to repair/replace/build fences, maintain equipment, drive a zero-turn lawnmower and various other farm equipment, knowledge of cattle, light plumbing, electrical and pool knowledge is a plus but not required, the ability to follow directions, willingness to learn, multi-task, be dependable, must possess a valid driver license. This is a 40-hour-a-week job (we do not shut down due to the weather so no shorting of hours), 5 days a week (Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day), no weekends, off all major holidays, earned vacation time. This job does not include housing. Front Desk Receptionist: Applicant will be required to answer multi-line phones, take payments via QuickBooks, add new customers to QuickBooks, fill in (when needed/required) for shipping/receiving & purchasing. Applicant must possess ability to multi-task and have good communication skills. This position can be full-time and/or part-time. If part-time, the applicant must be willing to work on an as needed basis with a minimum 20hrs/week. QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required as long as the applicant is willing to learn.
