After I spent about a year telling prospective homebuyers to " go fix their credit and return to me later" I chose to learn a few things.... which led to a few more things.... And now, I'm ready to share that knowledge, learned and applied every working day since 1992 meeting the needs of our borrower clients. Just a few (okay - quite a lot) must have over the years... I've made a living relying on positive outcomes of my "CPR" (yes, there are the failures and the 'near misses').
