Investing in nonprofit leaders and staff is how we strengthen the entire sector.

This year, Purpose Possible launched three specialized training programs-- two for Executive Directors and one for early-career staff. Our goal is to teach actionable skills, build enduring peer networks, encourage collaboration, and advance the capabilities of nonprofit professionals for the betterment of themselves, their organizations, and the missions they serve.

Our 2026 Training Programs:

>> Executive Director Mastermind: A facilitated peer learning group for seasoned Executive Directors to navigate complex organizational hurdles, accelerate growth, and build plans for sustainability.

>> Executive Director Launchpad: An accelerator for new Executive Directors in their first few years at the helm, blending instructor guidance with peer exchange to tackle core governance, leadership, and operational challenges.

>> Nonprofit Staff Training ("The Work Behind The Work"): A six-session program for early-career staff that demystifies how nonprofits operate, from budgeting and fundraising to workplace strategy and cross-functional communications.
