On May 7th, the Georgia Education Foundation proudly hosted the CBDP Virtual Workshop - Building Infrastructure, led by SBDC business strategist Jason Bitar. This session provided an in-depth look at the strategic planning process, including key phases and steps, and how small businesses can use it to build a sustainable foundation for growth.
