I didn't realize how tired I was until I finally sat still.

The Retreat gave me something I didn't even know I needed.

We strive so much -- to show up for our families, our marriages, our ministries -- that survival mode becomes our normal. But rest shifts everything. It softens your heart, quiets your mind, and helps you return to yourself.

Rest doesn't mean you're falling behind. It means you trust God with what you're not doing.

It means you believe He can hold what matters most.

Read Psalm 4:8.

If you're feeling stretched or weary, let this be your reminder: God meets you in rest, too.

🚨 This is it!! Start getting your things in order for when the Lord says move, you need to be READY. YOU DON'T NEED TO BE GETTING READY WHEN THE BLESSING COMES.

Being ready BEFORE it manifests is an act of faith . It shows God that you believed Him all along and were anticipating Him to be faithful to His Word!

🗣 If you wait until it gets here to prepare, this next season is going to overwhelm you-especially if you've been too focused on what you loss, to build while you wait. Don't let this new season catch you unprepared! You need to be able to sustain what you've been praying for, and it's this 🤏🏾 close!!!!
