WE’RE HIRING 💕 THE BAKERY IS GROWING!

We’re looking for our next Community Experience Coordinator to join The Bakery Cowork team in Atlanta.

This role is for someone who LOVES people, knows how to create an experience, isn’t afraid to sell, and understands how to capture the energy of a community on social media.

You’ll help us welcome and connect our members, give tours, follow up with potential members, create social content, support events, build local partnerships, and make sure The Bakery feels like the place Atlanta entrepreneurs want to be.

We’re looking for someone who is:

💕 Outgoing and naturally great with people
💕 Comfortable with sales and following up with leads
💕 Social media savvy and able to capture great content
💕 Organized, dependable, and proactive
💕 Excited about entrepreneurship and community
💕 The type of person who sees what needs to be done and DOES IT

Position: Community Experience Coordinator
Location: The Bakery Cowork | Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Part Time
Pay: $17/hour

This is not just a front desk position. We want someone who is excited to help us create connections, grow memberships, bring new energy into the building, and make our members LOVE being part of The Bakery.
