Most business owners I talk to have thought through their expenses pretty carefully.

She got you here. She was scrappy, vigilant, ready to prove something. And she did. But the decisions she made under pressure are still the defaults you operate from — even though you're not under that same pressure anymore.

Most business owners aren't careless.
They're just waiting for a reason to get legal protection — and that's the part that concerns me.

The reason usually arrives as a contract dispute.
A client who doesn't pay and won't respond.
