This year, we brought our Annual User Conference back home to Alpharetta! Brands from across our client community joined us last week at the Octane5 HQ for a few days packed with hands-on learning, big ideas, and plenty of fun along the way.

We kicked things off with a day working sessions on contracts, deals, and case management, plus one-on-one time at Help Desk Live. From there, we dug into new features, brand protection, where AI is taking the platform, and gave our clients the floor to vote on what we build next. Then when the laptops closed, we got to show off the city we call home with a couple of nights at our favorite spots in downtown Alpharetta.

Every year, we're reminded that our clients are more than users. They're collaborators, problem-solvers, and friends who make this community what it is. Thank you to everyone who made the trip, shared your honest feedback, and helped shape what's next for Octane5.

Anime licensing is evolving fast, and the conversations at the inaugural Anime NYC XTracks Licensing Summit made that clear. Hosted at the Javits Center in New York City, the summit brought together industry leaders to discuss the continued growth of anime, the power of fandom, new opportunities across consumer products and retail, and what it takes for brands to authentically connect with today’s audience.

Our own Ted Larkins was proud to serve as the MC for the event, helping guide a great lineup of conversations around where anime licensing is headed next. It was a great day of insights, connections and an exciting look at what’s ahead for the category.
