6 months…
5 leads…
And 2 sales….
I mean…how was I supposed to live off of that? 😒
Those were my organic social media results when my Facebook ads were turned off.
If you’ve done any of the exhausting things on social media,
Things like:
- 🙂Posting multiple times a week or a day
- 😅Sharing your personal life
- 😐Telling your business story
- 😮💨Creating Reels
- 😩Engaging before and after posting
- 😭Promoting your programs and services
Then it’s time you know the truth.
📣The organic algorithm isn’t designed to promote business sales.
The name “social” is the operative word - that’s what it’s created for.
A Stat You Might Not Know:📉
Only about 12% of your followers will see your organic content…
(And that’s if it’s “good!”)
Plus, your organic content (good or bad) has a shelf life.
So by the time your followers check their social media,
Your content may have already seen the end of its days.
And because sales are more likely to happen when your prospects have, at MINIMUM, 5-7 interactions with your business…
It’s critical to have multiple meaningful connections with them in order to expect a sale. 👥
You aren’t doing anything wrong with your organic content.
The social media giants are businesses…(which, as an entrepreneur, I respect)
And they want you to pay for ads if you want to make money.
So…
If you use social media in the way that its founders have designed it for BUSINESSES,
By running paid ads…
Then you don’t have to wait years before you start to see consistent sales in your business.
When you use Facebook ads, you get to…
✅ Tell the algorithm to find people In your target audience
✅ Show your content to people most likely to take action
✅ Keep your content in rotation as long as you want
And when you strategically show an ad that gets your audience to give you their email address…
You can now make more meaningful connections via their inbox WITHOUT an algorithm in the way.
