Apparently I spent part of this week AI bending across the internet in some boots I never asked for. 😂😂

But somewhere between the laughs and everything else this week required of me, there’s actually a Sunday Reset in there.

Bend, don’t break.

This week, give yourself permission to adjust. Change the plan. Move things around. Take the break. Laugh a little. Try again.

Baby, the way AI changed me into THESE boots?! 😭😂 I don’t know where they came from, but WE BENDING THOUGH!

Another work week down. Another week of meetings, decisions, deadlines, problem-solving, pivoting, coaching, Chief of Staffing, mom-ing and everything in between.

And somehow… WE MADE IT. 🙌🏾😂

So yes, I’m bending into the weekend because I EARNED THIS. 😂

September, you were FULL. 💜

I coached.
I consulted.
I led.
I built.
I mothered.
I loved.
I showed up.
And somewhere in between all of that, I remembered to just be Sejal too.

This month brought new clients to Endless Consultants, new opportunities to support founders, plenty of Chief of Staff-ing 😂, strategy sessions, team building, implementation, problem solving, and more conversations about what’s next.

At home, my baby lost her first tooth. 🥹🦷 I watched life keep moving and changing right in front of me.

And behind the scenes, there was regular LIFE happening too….the parts that don’t make the feed, don’t come with an announcement, and can’t be measured by a KPI.

September reminded me that a full life isn’t just about how much you accomplish. ✨

It’s about what you’re building, who you’re becoming, who you’re loving, and whether you’re making room to actually experience it all.

So yes… September had somewhere to be.

But so do I. 😉

October, I’m stepping in with clarity, strength, gratitude, and a renewed plan.

I’m leaving behind:
🍂 Overthinking decisions I already know the answer to
🍂 Saying yes too quickly and regretting it later
🍂 Confusing busy with productive
🍂 Waiting until everything is perfect to move
🍂 Carrying things that were never mine to carry

October gets a lighter version of me. Clearer, more focused, and a lot less stressed. 💜
