You will be a 1099 contract worker with NDB Solutions, LLC through Arise, which means you are responsible for your own career. You get to make your own schedule after certification, as long as you can work a minimum of 15 hours per week. Some positions also have a minimum weekend hour requirement as well. You do get to select which weekend day you want to work as well as what time you would like to work, from the available schedule, for the positions with this requirement. This means you can use this job for supplemental income as a 2nd job or make it your primary income. Either way, you are able to plan your work around your life instead of your life around your work. Being a 1099 contract worker, you are responsible for having your own equipment (telephone, computer, internet, headset). You are also responsible for the certification class that will prepare you for your new position
