Jack of all trades administrative assistant needed to perform various tasks for multiple businesses at my home office. Must be proficient in multitasking, able to perform customer service over the phone, and capable of utilizing technology (Microsoft Office, Service Fusion, QuickBooks, Slack, social media).
Responsibilities• Planning, Preparing and Managing scheduled appearances/meetings
• Able to perform light bookkeeping (QuickBooks Desktop & Online experience a plus)
• Able to startup and maintain business social media pages
• Schedule appointments, follow up, research/order appliance parts
• with clerical and accounting tasks (Accounts Receivable)
• Self-motivated, proactive, effective under pressure, and flexible
• Excellent at following up and following-through
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
