Are you set up for success this week?
We always go into new weeks or new opportunities with goals, right? But sometimes we miss the part where we have to set the framework to meet those goals. This includes completing your goals each week and preparing to be as efficient as possible.
Here are THREE steps that I take to ensure that I can knock out all of my tasks for the week!
1️⃣𝙈𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙢𝙮 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙞𝙙𝙮.
When there is stuff everywhere, I find it extremely hard to think straight and stay on task. So I try to make sure that whenever I walk into my office every morning, it is clutter-free and ready for me to get started on those tasks for the day.
2️⃣𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙢𝙮 𝙏𝙤-𝘿𝙤 𝙇𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙗𝙚𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙚.
This tip was a game-changer for me. Every night before I put my work away, I make sure I create a list of things to get done the next day. In doing this, your day is essentially already planned for you, and them you can add on any additional items as needed.
3️⃣𝙇𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙩 𝙪𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨.
I have turned off the majority of my notifications on my phone (Thanks to on Netflix) and I try to limit the times I check my email to twice a day. This allows me to stay focused on what I need to accomplish without getting sidetracked by a new comment on IG or an email response.
