Sometimes you have to work with the layout given and not even move a window when it comes to a bath update. So, we injected much more richness into this space with darker trim colors, new beadboard wainscoting, detailed vanities and marbled pendants. 😀 thanks to Chris Simoncelli and of course owner Vanessa Wicks for all the trust and collaboration!

A perfectly fine kitchen in a newer construction modern in the Old 4th of did not fit the elevated style the owner desired. Update everything but don’t change the overall layout was the cost saving goal. Custom cabinetry with paneled refrigerator for that furniture look paired with deliciously patterned quartz on the counters and a special brass range hood to ensure all elements played together was the design!
