The advantage is not just automation.

It’s pattern recognition.

AI can spot trends in customer behavior most humans would never notice manually.

Who buys repeatedly.
Who stops engaging.
Who responds to discounts.
Who only buys seasonally.
Who is likely to come back.

That kind of insight used to be available mostly to large companies.

Not anymore.

I think customers have low tolerance for irrelevant marketing now.

There’s a difference.

People will absolutely pay attention when something feels useful, timely, or personally relevant to them.

Generic messaging is getting filtered out faster than ever.

That trend is only going to accelerate.
