He’ll learn more about your organization so he can offer a strong voice for your cause on event night. Phase Two: Secrets of Success – During this two-hour mee

ting, Dean will share in vivid detail ideas that can make your event a huge financial success. Topics include picking the best auction items, who to invite, how to run games and raffles that bring in top dollar – and much more. Phase Three: Show Time! – This is it: the big show. You’ve worked hard planning for a hugely prosperous event and it’s time to watch it come to life. With your team managing the process, Dean takes the stage as Master of Ceremonies and works his magic as your benefit auctioneer to maximize bids. Phase Four: Post Event Report – Dean’s job doesn’t end on show night. About a week after the event, he will provide a complete event assessment that outlines suggestions for making next year’s event even more effective.
