Mike Scheiderich started Total Home Consultants, Inc. in April of 2002 and rapidly grew the company to a four inspector firm by 2007. From the beginning, Mike's vision was to provide the best inspection service in the industry. He has accomplished this by constantly combining cutting edge technology with constant training and education. A strong position in the market and a loyal customer base which continues to refer friends and family enabled Mike and Total Home Consultants to weather the housing crisis of 2008. To date, Mike has personally performed over 4000 inspections placing him in an elite group of inspectors. Meet the Business Owner

Mike graduated from Auburn University with his MBA in 1996 and before that with an undergraduate degree in Industrial Design from Auburn as well. Before starting his home inspection business in 2002 he was a financial adviser with Merrill Lynch and had owned several other small businesses. He finds that his combination of business skills, technical expertise, and in the trenches experience truly combine for the perfect inspector. Total Home Consultants services most of metro Atlanta including Lawrenceville, Dacula, Suwanee, Norcross, Snellville, Buford, Sugar Hill, Lilburn, Grayson, Loganville, Duluth, Flowery Branch, Oakwood, Braselton, and Alpharetta. Counties serviced include Gwinnet county, Forsyth county, Hall county, Dekalb county, Jackson county, Barrow county, Walton county, and north Fulton county. Inspectors carry a Supra MLS lock box for convenient access to listed homes. Total Home Consultants accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover card and American Express for your convenience.
