While the All White Affair was a phenomenal success…learned that many of you were unable to finalize your tickets for the Boss Up! Conference therefore, we rescheduled the conference to April 2022!!

The objective of the Boss Up! Conference is to equip and challenge women to transform their personal environments…mindsets…behaviors…skill sets, in order to transform their work cultures. The conferences held over the last year were progressive and represent some of our diversity and inclusion seminars. We have been exploring concepts which impede career progression, discussing strategies that facilitate personal and professional development and how to become more emotionally and socially aware.

Wow…a year ago! Last night we celebrated with a White Affair. The event was outrageously amazing. Stories of growth…transformation and promotion!! Only God could do this…only God could so positively disrupt the current environment in such a manner to thwart the enemy’s plans to impede racial and gender equality in the lives of the women in The Association to such a degree. I declare 2022 a Year of Diverse Domination…look fam more is coming…greater is here!!! I am so proud of all that has been accomplished and equally excited about what will be. To God be the glory for the things He has done.
