Say hello to Jawaan Washington, Senior Technical Specialist and Identity expert on our team!

Since joining Collective Insights in April 2024, Jawaan has worked across discovery, assessment, automation, and client delivery — with deep specialization in the Microsoft Entra space. His teammates describe him as friendly, approachable, and dependable.

His favorite engagement so far: a CA IDM to Microsoft Entra ID migration for a Fortune 500 global beverage company. Beyond expanding his technical knowledge, the project gave him the chance to contribute to a large-scale identity modernization initiative — configuring provisioning and building custom Logic Apps that supported the identity lifecycle. Seeing those solutions streamline processes, improve automation, and help drive a successful migration was, in his words, extremely rewarding.

Jawaan is proud of how far he's broadened his expertise in the Identity space through certifications and hands-on experience — earned by investing extra time in research and skill development, and by leaning on the guidance of peers and leadership along the way.

Jawaan studied Information Technology with a minor in Information Systems at Georgia Southern University and spent 12 years consulting at CA Technologies/HCL Technologies before joining CI. Outside of work, he enjoys sporting events, water activities, and shooting pool.

What a day on the course! ⛳

This past Friday, Collective Insights Consulting was proud to sponsor the 4th Annual Delta OCC & ACS Field Support Charity Golf Tournament at White Oak Golf Club in Newnan, Georgia.

18 holes and a great turnout of golfers, all coming together to support the Delta OCC & ACS Field Support community. Events like this are a reminder that the best partnerships go beyond the work itself. They're built on showing up for each other.

Thank you to the organizers, volunteers, and every golfer who made the day such a success. And a special thank you to Delta Air Lines. We're grateful to be part of this tradition and are already looking forward to next year!

Meet Sangini Bhargava, Manager and Learning Lead for a global SAP S/4HANA implementation!

Nearly six years into her time at Collective Insights, Sangini leads the Learning workstream on one of our largest programs — partnering across teams to build the training curriculum and develop the materials that prepare end users for a successful transition. A big part of her role is bringing people together: coordinating across workstreams, aligning stakeholders, and delivering learning solutions that move the business forward.

Her teammates describe her as collaborative, dependable, and approachable, organized, detail-oriented, and always willing to step in wherever the team needs her.

Sangini has spent nearly three years supporting a Fortune 500 global consumer products company, watching the program evolve and helping shape its impact along the way. Her proudest professional milestone? Being promoted to Manager, and building and leading global teams that deliver large-scale learning initiatives. Getting there meant stepping outside her comfort zone again and again to grow into a more direct, decisive leader.

A University of Arkansas graduate in Business Management with a minor in Marketing, Sangini came to CI by way of Cerner and North Highland. Outside of work, you'll find her baking, hosting craft nights with friends, spending time with family, and spoiling her nephews every chance she gets.

We had a great week together at East Lake — clients, partners, and our own team, on a course that means something.

The golf is the easy part to talk about. The reason we're there is the East Lake Foundation. For six years, Collective Insights has supported the Foundation's work in the East Lake neighborhood — mixed-income housing, cradle-to-college-and-career education, community wellness, and economic vitality. Thirty years of that work, shaped with residents rather than decided for them.

Sharing that with the people we work with is the best kind of hospitality.

Last Thursday, our Atlanta team traded conference rooms for competition, collaboration, and a whole lot of fun at Activate Buckhead!

From running, jumping, and problem-solving our way through interactive challenges to cheering each other on, it was a great reminder that strong teams are built both inside and outside the workplace.

A big thank you to The Clubhouse Team for organizing such a fun afternoon and creating opportunities for us to connect, recharge, and strengthen relationships across the team.

Looking forward to the next adventure!

Evan brings a rare blend of structure, creativity, and technical depth to every challenge. Whether he’s organizing interdependent workstreams, designing automated tools, or building frameworks that scale, he approaches each problem with precision and a maker’s mindset.

His teammates describe him as dependable, detail‑oriented, and someone who always looks for the structural fix — not the quick patch.

Evan’s accomplishments span far beyond consulting — from leading Student Government at Georgia Tech to earning his Eagle Scout rank and 2nd‑degree black belt. At CI, he’s already delivered high‑impact solutions and continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Today we’re celebrating Kate Bollard and three years at Collective Insights defined by creativity, connection, and a perspective that doesn’t fit the traditional consultant mold.

Kate is “a creative at heart,” but her creativity is more than aesthetic — it’s functional. She excels at translating complex ideas into clear, relatable content, connecting people to solve problems, and keeping work moving with speed and intention. She’s known for pivoting effortlessly, optimizing tech tools and processes, and producing tangible outcomes that help clients and teams gain momentum.

Her colleagues describe her as genuine, funny, dependable, and endlessly inventive — someone who brings both levity and structure to every room she enters, making work fun and human.

Kate’s favorite part of CI? The vibe. The transparency, the accessibility, and the ability to use your voice to make a real impact. “There’s just something intangible about this place,” she says. “Once you get it, you get it.”

Outside of work, Kate enjoys concerts and playing instruments, dogs, travel, sports, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.

We’re grateful for the energy, heart, and voice Kate brings to CI — and we’re excited for everything she’ll continue to shape in the years ahead.

Across the week, our team:

What stood out most wasn’t just the technology—it was the creativity, curiosity, and collaboration across our team. 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤 reminded us that innovation happens fastest when people are given space to learn from one another and build together.
