Some of your videos may be getting only 100 views while others are getting hundreds of thousands. Check out this weeks that can help.

Do not ask your audience to "Like this post" or "Comment Below" because this will limit your reach! That is called "Engagement Baiting".

Instead: Ask engaging questions instead. Comments boost engagement and facebook will make sure your reel is seen in more feeds.

I realized more and more how much the world needs us to show up and share our gifts.

There is more risk in hiding our gifts from the world than expressing them. As our unexpressed ideas, dreams, and gifts can create feelings of unworthiness and increase self doubt.

There is no shortcut to authenticity. It requires commitment and real inner work.
