Exactly one week ago, I woke up on Sunday in awe of what I had just experienced—my first Woman Evolve conference.
Before I say nothing else: Pastor , you have given us a safe place to land and grow. For that, I thank you!♥️
From the sisterhood to the teamwork, from the women who fell in love with the “Overflow” to the amazing panels, podcasts, and our INCREDIBLE hosts and , Woman Evolve left me speechless.
, thank you for being obedient and making the call, gracious with your team, and the most amazing producer Overflow could’ve had.
Funny enough, at first I thought all of the above was simply how I felt. But then, hearing countless volunteers, and others, talk about how we made them feel and the environment YOU fostered for us to work in—it became clear that you were the woman we all needed in charge.♥️
Eb, thank you for trusting me to be your right hand. Thank you for curating a culture of appreciation and respect, where we all were seen and valued.
Saying all this to say… Woman Evolve was a full experience, Friday night worship left me wrecked, the work environment made me love production on a deeper level, and I now have core memories that will stay with me for life.
Can you tell I’m already excited for next year?
