Atlantic Consulting Solutions had the privilege of kicking off the morning alongside our client URC at Lanier Islands Legacy Lodge — and what a morning it was.

50 energized team members gathered for a State of the Union that covered everything that matters: mission, vision, and values; key industry trends shaping 2026; strong financial and strategic results; and purposeful investments in Leadership development and AI.

From there, each department broke out to align on priorities and set clear goals for H2. The energy in the room was unmistakable — engaged, motivated, and ready.

The afternoon? A little World Cup magic, a memorable evening at Game Changers, and a well-earned moment to unwind at the pool.

This is what great companies do. They invest in their people. They create the space for alignment, accountability, and real engagement — and then they let their teams take ownership.
