but in all seriousness if you want to grow your social media presence the primary way to do that is posting videos. A lot of MARKETING COMPANIES, talk about SEO and organic traffic when it comes to your website, but nobody is talking about that when it comes to your social media. The same applies.

You can’t drop a $40,000 bomb on a stranger and expect them to say “Yes.”

Most dentists think they are losing cases because they are bad at “closing.” The truth? You are losing cases because you are bad at setting up.

If the first time the patient hears about money is at the very end of the hour... you have created a “Sticker Shock” bomb. 💣

Why the “Pre-Close” is non-negotiable:
    1. Emotional Anchoring: You must get them to admit why they are here. “I miss eating steak” is a powerful motivator. “I need teeth” is not.

    2. The “10/10” Trap: We ask every patient: “Scale of 1-10, do you want ‘Good’ aesthetics or ‘Perfect’ aesthetics?”. They always say 10. Now, you have permission to show them the premier option.

    3. Financial Anchoring: We mention ranges ($15k - $40k) early. If they don’t flinch at the range, they won’t run from the quote.

The Formula:
Revenue Goal ÷ Case Value = Cases Needed.
Cases Needed ÷ Closing Rate = Consults Needed.
Consults Needed ÷ Show Rate = Leads Needed.

Here is the kicker:
Your budget is dictated by your SYSTEMS, not just ad prices.
If you close at 20%, your marketing is 2x more expensive than the dentist down the street who closes at 40%.
