We provide our members with opportunities to expand their business and professional networks, accelerate their careers, and engage in community involvement. Engagement. DIVERSE NEW AMERICA will encourage members to network with other members and connect on a personal and professional level to create friendships and generate business leads including job offers and business partnerships. DIVERSE NEW AMERICA will serve as a resource for young professionals to learn about beneficial business opportunities, express their thoughts and opinions on industry-specific issues and develop friendly and business relationships. DIVERSE NEW AMERICA will introduce members to industry specific and non-industry specific tools, news and resources and encourage constituents capitalize on them in a way that is lucrative to their personal or professional needs. DIVERSE NEW AMERICA will teach members the fundamental rules of business by facilitating professional development events including, how to network effectively, how to create a winning resume and job interview tips. DIVERSE NEW AMERICA will inspire constituents to become active in their communities by providing them with volunteer opportunities such as mentorship, tutoring and fundraising fundraisers with youth-based organizations.
