Yayyyy! My husband & I did a thing. A dope ass thing. We built a ledge for The Mancave & we absolutely loveeeeee it 😍.

This project took soooo much togetherness & teamwork & I’m so happy we shared this moment of adding to our home! I can’t wait for the next kickback! Omgggggg.

Mood: ✊🏾🌻 I’m bringing CULTURE back in the classroom one book at a time. Listen boo. I am THAT TEACHER & I’m THAT PROUD.

This year- with everything that has happened & for decades now- it is IMPERATIVE that my students see REPRESENTATION on the pages of their books ✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽🌎🍎📚.

Even in kindergarten, these sweet kids understand & know what’s happening in the world to a certain degree.
