Portfolio Showcase: Personal Branding for

CARLYN POUNDERS IS A JOURNALIST AND REPORTER BASED IN ATLANTA, GA. SINCE GRADUATING FROM GEORGIA STATE UNIVERSITY WITH A DEGREE IN JOURNALISM, SHE’S COVERED APPS, CEOS, HIGH-PROFILE CELEBRITIES, GLOBAL BRANDS, AND MUCH MORE.

WHILE SHE IS A FRESH FACE ON THE ATLANTA TECH SCENE, HER PERSONABLE SMILE AND ENGAGING DEMEANOR ELEVATE THE CONVERSATION TO NEW HEIGHTS. CARLYN IS ON A MISSION TO SHARE HOW EVERY ASPECT OF TECH, WHETHER BIG (THE NEWEST AI DEVELOPMENT) OR SMALL (A STEAM EDUCATOR), CAN POSITIVELY IMPACT THE AVERAGE PERSON’S LIFE. .

Our main focus for her brand was to show her personality and stay classy and simple. Her photo shoot took place at a industrial-style indoor market. The photos were used for her site as well as her social media. Her business cards were also minimally designed.

Sundays are the best days to plan. Planning new projects for the next few months. I just developed a new way to plan my week. I write all my projects down on a piece of paper (personal and business) and right tasks that I need under them. I then rate how important each task is and due dates for each item. Then I simply plug in the items that are due for the upcoming week into my weekly calendar. How you all plan for your week? Any helpful tips?
