Founded in March 17, 2016 in Atlanta, Georgia by Tira Harney Clay and Louise E. Bryant, Human Interaction Experience (HIE), LLC is an emerging consulting firm serving businesses, nationwide. The Managing Partners share over 62+ years of combined experience in leading, developing, and growing small and large organizations and businesses. Tira earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Spelman

College, and her Master's degree in Applied Psychology‐I/O Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology. in Psychology/Applied Psychophysiology from Saybrook University. Tira is a former college president, academic dean, and a Training & Development Consultant for a fortune 500 company. Additionally, she's held numerous Board of Director positions for various entities including associations, businesses, and healthcare organizations. She specializes in Needs Assessments and Analysis, Validation Studies, Instructional Design/Curriculum Development, Document Design/Implementation, Strategic Planning, Coaching, and Leadership Development. Louise is a graduate of Florida Agricultural & Technical University (FAMU). She earned her Bachelors in Retailing & Marketing, and her MBA in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University. She has over 18 years of professional experience in the telecommunication with AT&T. Her extensive background and experience includes project management, product management, marketing, and training and development. In addition, she spent 5 years in quality assurance and training in education and food services' contracted accounts. HIE is highly equipped and prepared with the knowledge and competencies to help businesses grow, implement their goals, and meet their bottom line objectives.
