ADVOCATE: Use your relationships, resources and influence to create access, remove barriers and ensure young people have opportunities to thrive.

That completes the responsibility:

Coach: Teach them.
Scout: See them.
Counselor: Hear them.
Advocate: Stand for them.

When we do all four, sports become more than games.

They become a vehicle for developing skills that last a lifetime.

Sometimes development requires instruction.

Sometimes it requires listening.

Great sports based youth development teaches young people how to transfer self awareness, emotional regulation, communication and resilience from the field into life.

BEVEL has been Black founded and led since 2013, creating men’s grooming products with our skin, hair and experiences in mind.
