Mountain View Estates, owned by SECO cofounder David Roden & wife Judy Roden, was recently featured in their local paper! It’s a great article highlighting the community — and as many of you know, MVE is also the only privately owned community in the area with a FEMA-approved tornado shelter. 👏

Features like this matter. As more municipalities explore developing new MHCs on the outskirts of town to meet affordable housing needs, positive coverage helps shift perceptions. It reinforces the distinction between well-managed, single-entity MHCs and MH subdivisions that often create zoning and community challenges.
