Today a princess was born and we were blessed with our fourth child - an amazing daughter - Maya Janee’ Johnson! Maya was predestined - those who know me personally know I had her name picked out ten years prior to her arrival - we just needed to bring fourth 3 BOYS first for added protection.😉 And the BEST part about it all is Jeff and I thought we were carefully using the Catholic BC method of knowing my ovulation window and when I WAS NOT supposed to conceive (his idea). So when I found out I was pregnant it was NO WHERE near my OW….Well - God’s timing is always ON TIME! HE BLESSED me (us) at one of the most challenging times in my life - she was a miracle from God that all things are working together for the good! She was my 42nd birthday present…So watch out world - Maya is BLACK GIRL MAGIC!💖

As my FIRST real post of 2022 I decided to come at you guys raw and uncut! No makeup no hairdo no heels just me I’m usually dolled up and probably in the latest purse or stylish dress conquering the world but under all of that I am just Fern Johnson! I’m a mother 🦸🏾‍♀️ of four beautiful children, a wife👰🏾‍♀️, an author, a business owner and most of all I AM A WOMAN💁🏾‍♀️!!!
Last year was stressful, and like everyone else I had to figure things out. Each and every week came with a different set of struggles,paranoias, and financial uncertainty. I pushed forward. I kept going. I operated my Atlanta office as well as my @ Peachtree Corners remotely while also serving as CFO for a private equity firm in Chicago ✈️. My health was honestly the last thing on my mind! I gained a few lbs 🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ but hey it’s life we are all human. As of Jan. 10, 2022 I am happy to say that I am down 40lbs I have been invited to be speaker on several panels, my businesses are picking up steam and I have a book tour planned for my Autobiography “When The Smoke Cleared” it’s available on Amazon if you want to check it out! My point is you don’t have to look like what you have been through and also we are all very similar when we strip away the layers. This year I will work with a few women and help them find that spark. I don’t a have a resolution, I have actual solutions. This next chapter is about to be AMAZING not just for me but for every single person that is hungry enough to change. Share this post, Follow Me, and DM me your story. Let’s build 2022 together!
