Feeling uneasy about CPSC e-filing? There is still time to sign up for tomorrow's webinar at www.aifba.com.

Understand the effective changes coming July 8, 2026 (or January 8, 2027 for Foreign Trade Zones), which require all importers of CPSC-regulated consumer products to e-file certificate data at the time of entry.

Discover the mandatory data elements required for every import—including product identification, certifier information, applicable safety rules, manufacturing details, testing documentation, and recordkeeper contacts—and how to structure this data for seamless electronic submission.

Learn the specific steps importers must take now to avoid shipment delays, customs holds, and potential refusal of entry. Understand how to work with CPSC-accredited labs, maintain real-time accurate records, and ensure your certificates are filed correctly with every shipment. This presentation also includes an overview of a user-friendly importer platform to manage CPSC certificates and registrations. The creator of Comply PRO+, Bill Jacoby, will host this interactive session for brokers and importers.
