One thing I have learned the hard way:

A lot of problems do not get worse because nobody cares.

They get worse because nobody is hearing the same problem.

One person thinks it is a technical issue.
One person thinks it is a process issue.
One person thinks it is a customer issue.
One person thinks it is a leadership issue.
One person just wants the emails to stop.

Meanwhile, the real problem is sitting there like, “Hello? Anyone?”
