It’s great to be in a “room” again 😊

It was great being back in the “classroom”! Spent the day with managers in the hospitality industry. I love training. There’s so much joy when I see the light bulb go off in someone’s head or when they tell me how they’ll start implementing the information I shared with them ASAP. I don’t get the same high from Zoom trainings.

Here’s to more socially distanced in-person trainings!!
