We’re a week into February—and if you’re still recovering from January not going as planned, same.

Here’s what I’m learning:

The plan wasn’t the problem.
The pressure to make everything happen on a perfect timeline was.

Resilience isn’t about forcing yourself to stick to the plan.
It’s about knowing when to pivot, when to pause, and when to give yourself permission to begin again—without shame.

February still has time.
Not to rush.
But to recalibrate.

Twenty days is enough space to try something different.
Enough room to adjust without giving up.
