We had the best time kicking off 2026 at the Mayor’s inauguration. The community came together to support Mayor Andre Dickens of Atlanta, President Marci Collier Overstreet and the Atlanta City Council, and the JCM Ventures team had to represent.

We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season, and we’re looking forward to listing, leasing, and selling in 2026.

These past two weeks we had the honor of joining our Atlanta community for two important events.

Last Thursday we joined over 1,400 civic and business leaders at the 36th annual Four Pillars Tribute. It was a pleasure to see so many people committed to the principals of fairness, opportunity, and long-term legacy,

Then today, we had the honor to participate in the Atlanta Regional Commission’s 2025 State of the Region. We celebrate innovative and impactful developments, places, and plans.

Every day looks different when you’re a real estate broker, but our social media manager caught Juan on a fun, productive day on the job.

We started the day answering emails and leading a speaking engagement about turning your connections into sales.

Then we toured a couple places to host JCM Ventures’ 10 year anniversary! It’s been so amazing to watch the firm evolve, especially over the last two years since we added brokerage services ✨

Last night Juan represented JCM Ventures at ACBR’s Legends & Leaders PAF Fundraiser. The event featured conversation with Mayor Andre Dickens about Atlanta’s growth plans and what’s to come.

Last weekend Juan had a wonderful time at NAHREP at AVANCE Global. This was an experience built around purpose, connection, and impact, with the goal of creating lasting wealth and opportunity in the Latino community.

The key note speaker was Jóse Hernandez, a former NASA astronaut. With that said, the wealth of knowledge at this conference was astonishing and refreshing.
