I had a couple of conversations this week, along with a few messages that came across my inbox related to current global tensions and their potential impact on the markets, that caused me to pause and reflect. 🤔

I don’t typically weigh in on topics like this, but given some of the strong perspectives being shared, I felt it was worth offering a different lens - especially from a financial standpoint.

There’s no denying our world feels unsettled right now. Conflict, economic pressure, and uncertainty are real - and they deserve our attention.

At the same time, I believe it’s important to separate awareness from reaction - staying informed without feeling the need to respond immediately.

From a personal standpoint, I’m a man of faith. While none of us desire conflict, both history and Scripture remind us that we live in a world where difficult realities exist. That calls for discernment and wisdom - not fear.

From a professional standpoint, I’ve spent years working alongside business owners and leaders making important decisions under pressure. One principle continues to hold true:

🔹Broad, immediate decisions - especially in response to uncertain or volatile conditions - should never be driven by a single perspective, no matter how strongly it’s presented.

Every financial situation is different:

🔹Risk tolerance
🔹Financial structure
🔹Long-term goals

What may be right for one person may not be right for another.

For most, the better approach is not reaction - it’s alignment:

✔️ Pause long enough to evaluate before acting
✔️ Understand your exposure
✔️ Maintain appropriate liquidity
✔️ Stay anchored to long-term strategy
✔️ Seek trusted counsel before making significant changes

Uncertainty calls for wisdom - not urgency.

Just sharing a steady lens for anyone navigating the current environment.

🚨 Industry Update - Copper and POTS Retirement Is No Longer a “Someday” Issue
