After earning a Health and Wellness coaching certificate last month, I’ve earned another certificate from Harvard Medical School, in Lifestyle Medicine and Wellness Coaching—a program designed to equip professionals with evidence-based strategies to improve health, resilience, and performance through sustainable behavior change.

As a Certified Lifestyle and Wellness Coach, I help individuals and organizations:

To meet the evolving needs of today’s learners, Global Impact Fitness is transitioning from traditional LMS tools to AI-powered learning platforms.

To support this change, I recently earned the Certified AI-Powered Instructional Design Professional credential from LearnWorlds, building on my college background in Instructional Design. This helps us continue to improve our corporate wellness and fitness education.

A semi-private boxing class today with a group of high schoolers interested in learning full-contact karate. Our semi-private group classes are limited to two to four participants, making this format ideal for families, friends, and home-schooled kids. We offer sets of 10 and 20 semi-private sessions.
