Roles and Responsibilities:
• Must have 1-3 years of experience as Bench Sales Recruiter.
• Must have experience in marketing and placing candidates on all work authorized visas such as OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, TN Visa, Green Card and US Citizens.
• Good understanding on the various technologies in IT Recruitment and broad understanding on how the market works, etc.
• Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
• Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities.
• Ensure the target is met in terms of required submittals on a daily basis as well as required number of placements.
• Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards, Professional & Social networking sites and apply for consultants.
• Ability to work both in a team as well as independently.
• Should possess good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-starter, team player and quick learner.
• Candidates should be flexible for the time and good at multitasking

Roles and Responsibilities
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Excellent sourcing skills.
• Research and innovate on new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Must have experience in negotiating on different contract terms like Corp to Corp, W2 and 1099.
• Technical Recruiter is required to source potential candidates from various databases, portals, job boards and social media platforms.
• Technical Recruiter should be able to screen resumes, perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants and should be able to get the authentication done by getting the required documents from the candidate or vendor.
• The technical recruiter should be able to negotiate pay rates and terms with US Citizen, Green Card Holder candidates and vendors for H1-B candidates.
• The technical recruiter should be able to manage the full cycle of recruitment cycle, right from Job posting to on-boarding.

• Must have thrown knowledge on all HR Functions
• Responsible for the recruitment cycle right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating & conducting interviews.
• Job Posting in Job Portals, LinkedIn, Career Portal, Social Media Platforms and referral Boards
• Run programs to build a database for all skills.
• Conceptual Knowledge and Practical touch on Recruitment, Operations, Record Maintenance, Payroll Management, and Performance Report.
• Schedule interviews, Send Call Letters, coordinate interviews and organize interviews including arranging the prerequisite interview infrastructure needs.
• Block line managers time and coordinate interviews
• Follow up or collect certificates payslips and offer copy, verifying and validating credentials/ testimonials, and get employment application forms filled.
• Conduct touchpoint follow-up calls until onboarding.
