At first I was confused. Then I realized: people have been burned so many times by things that were advertised as free and weren't, that they felt like they had to ask.
And I just sat with that for a minute. Because that's where we are now.
Buyers aren't being difficult. They're being careful. They've seen a lot of overpromising and underdelivering, and they've learned to protect themselves. The skepticism coming into your funnel right now isn't personal. It's earned, just not by you.
