Meet Agent Morgan! .morgan brings over eight years of military and private-sector security experience to Draco Group. A United States Marine Corps Reserve Veteran and former Corporal, he served as a Motor Transport Operator with combat deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. His background includes international operations across the Baltics, mounted security team assignments, and roles such as Machine Gunner and Assistant Platoon Commander.
Phillip is certified in CPR/AED, TCCC, and Combat Lifesaver protocols, and has completed advanced training in marksmanship, land navigation, terrorism awareness, leadership, and multiple martial disciplines including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Judo. He maintains language proficiency in English, Russian, and Spanish, enhancing his operational versatility.
Recognized for valor under pressure, Phillip received the Combat Action Award and the Vigilant Performance Under Pressure commendation. He continues to exemplify Draco Group’s standards of discipline, readiness, and professional protection.
Q. What attracted you to Draco Group?
A. Draco Group has given me the opportunity to provide for my family while fulfilling my purpose to protect and serve others in my community.
Q. What made you want to do this line of work?
A. I wanted to take the discipline and training I gained in the military and use it to provide real protection for people who need it.
Q. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
A. Outside of work I enjoy training martial arts, traveling, and riding my bike.
Q. What’s something people would be surprised to learn about you?
A. I think that people would be surprised to know that I am going to school to become a therapist.
Q. What advice would you give someone new to this field?
A. One piece of advice I have for someone new getting into this career field is to stay alert, even when things seem routine.
