DID YOU KNOW?… The West African nation of Liberia was established by former slaves who fled the oppression of the American South to return to their homeland. What an honor to be able to partner with those in this nation for divine purpose! Thank you Apst. Andrea Ward, Dr. Sharon Richardson, Apst. Joan Bosman, Dr. Barbara Brooks Hall, Pstr. Francine Delande, DrBenard Etta, Apst. Emmanuel Tarley, Catapult team members, friends, intercessors & donors who have supported us so faithfully since launching in 2019. God has opened doors in Uganda, Kenya and now Liberia in 5 years. I never imagined🙏🏽. Please continue to lift us in prayer as we return to the Motherland this month to participate in the 2024 GFC 2024 World Congress -Monrovia Liberia, and facilitate leadership training throughout the region afterwards. This team of mothers will carry the nurturing heart of our Heavenly Father to His beloved representatives in the nation of Liberia, a nation that was established by freed American slaves who returned to the Motherland to escape the oppression of the American South. Slave days are over! After working under, serving under, and experiencing different leadership styles, I’ve come to the conclusion that far too many people associate good leadership with abuse, and interpret servant-leadership as weakness. “Leading from the Father’s heart” is so desperately needed to bring healing to lives, families, organizations, systems, and nations. Servant-leadership is a paradox. It’s the world’s concept of leadership “turned upside-down” because it flows from a place of love, integrity, empathy, wisdom, selflessness, humility, fairness, accountability, awareness, foresight, self-actualization and self-awareness, authenticity, respect, values others, is committed to developing & building lives and community, and it brings healing. If we celebrate, condone, justify, and align with abusive leadership… we need inner healing.

How, when & why did some churches stop giving priority to teaching foundational truths that establish the Believer in their relationship with God, in the knowledge/understanding/and authenticity of God’s word, and how to rightly-divide scripture? One should not have to enter a seminary for that foundational training. There is a great need for teaching/training/and discipling on the foundational level. Many are being tossed to & fro with every wind of doctrine… even embracing that which is contrary to scripture. Let’s be intentional to strengthen foundations… and build from there.
