$575 before my morning shower. Here’s how I did it..

It all started with my 7 a.m. daily inbox check. I had 6 non-DOT testing orders that came in overnight from an employer contract I hold with a local country club. $85 per test. That is $575. I hadn’t even showered yet.😳

The test coordination happens in the background…by me. The lab (Quest or LabCorp) handles the collection. I handle the orders, the results and the invoicing. 😉

This is semi-passive income on a laptop from home.

Focus on these 7.

Because these partners send consistent business and high-quality referrals:

1. Social workers: Place patients daily. Family trust. Looking for home care.
2. Case managers: Insurance and eldercare. Coordinate care, recommend home care.
3. Physicians: Primary care and specialists see patients who benefit from home care.
4. Home health agencies: Clients fall outside their scope. They need home care partners.
5. PT/OT therapists: Refer patients for in-home support during recovery.
6. Hospice agencies: Patient families needing transition care.
7. Rehab facilities: Discharge patients home. Need trusted providers.

These 7 categories are where consistent revenue comes from. Not social media. Not marketing algorithms. Relationships with the people who control patient flow.

Build 5 relationships in each category and you have 35 potential referral sources. You do not need all 35 actively sending. You need your top 15 sending consistent monthly referrals.
