Selling homes is great for the economy, realtor, and client but this is also something that needs to be noticed and taken advantage of. Utah has put a system in place to end chronic homelessness and still is keeping to its word. They are also putting these people in a better position in life. The other additions that intrigue me are counseling options upon arrival to their new home, and medical needs being tended to. Also what else attracted me was the idea of setting these candidates up for jobs. I love selling homes but also love assisting people in need. Over the past decade, Utah's toughest cases of homeless people dropped to fewer than 200, from nearly 2,000. Utah's size and support from Mormon leaders are among the reasons for its success.

Home buying is starting to become something millennials and generation z born citizens are getting a head start in. Before them, the home buying processes were initiated after a more seasoned life but now the trend seems to be the earlier the better. This allows these young people to become stable earlier in their life, building equity early so your security isn’t in someone else’s pocket, and you can receive a tax break on your mortgage after paying your mortgage for an extended period of time. Great job!!
