MENTORSHIP MAKES LEADERS — AND LEADERSHIP STARTS WITH EXPERIENCE.
Jose Harris understands that strong leadership doesn’t begin with a title—it begins with the people who pour into your life, give you an opportunity, teach you responsibility, and show you what it means to serve.
At just 17 years old, Jose was given an opportunity through Andre Christburg and Company. That mentorship helped give him direction, kept him focused, and showed him the value of hard work, accountability, and having positive people around you.
Those lessons stayed with him.
Today, Jose wants to take what was poured into him and pour it back into District 3—especially into our young people and the next generation of leaders.
That is what this campaign is about: mentorship, opportunity, safer neighborhoods, stronger families, community involvement, and leadership that understands the importance of giving people a chance to succeed.
Jose Harris has spent his life around men who understood leadership, responsibility, business, family, and community. Now he is ready to bring those lessons and that experience to the Montgomery City Council and fight for the people of District 3.
